Navigating the Impact of Relational Fracture
Estranged From Grace
A Process Group for Relational Healing
Relational estrangement can fracture more than connection with others. It can disrupt identity, trust, emotional safety, belonging and spiritual stability. This group offers a grounded space to process the pain, confusion, grief and competing realities that often emerge in broken relationship.
This Group May Resonate With You If…
- Family estrangement
- Emotional cut-off
- Relational grief or ambiguity
- Confusion after relational conflict
- Spiritual disorientation from church wounds
- Recurring cycles of shame, fear, hyper-vigilance or self-protection
- Difficulty reconciling belief system with lived experience
A Different Kind of Approach
Many approaches focus primarily on symptom reduction, communication strategies, boundary-setting or restoring a specific relational outcome. While those areas matter, this group focuses more deeply on the internal fragmentation of self that estrangement often creates.

The focus of this group is developing wisdom, clarity, emotional stability, integrity and relational maturity while learning to live truthfully and graciously within difficult realities.
Do I currently need to be estranged?
Yes. However, estrangement can occur in many contexts, such as with family, friends, church community and can encompass unresolved conflict, unforgiveness and even emotional estrangement. The required consultation will help determine if this group is the right fit for your circumstances.
