Who Am I

I am a Christian and a Licensed Professional Counselor who has experienced attachment trauma that impacted my relationships, Identity damage that diminished my self-worth, a confused worldview that altered my reality and scattered agency that compounded my suffering.

My own fractured existence deeply challenged how I understood myself, others and God, and as a result, greatly influenced how I interacted with the world around me.

My counseling approach encompasses theological truth, developmental psychology, attachment research, spiritual formation and nervous system science.

My own growth journey continues to shape how I approach counseling today.

My goal in practice is to be Biblically faithful, clinically sound and practically useful.
