Navigating the Impact of Relational Fracture
Process Groups
A Space for Relational Healing and Whole-Person Integration
Process groups offer something individual therapy cannot — the experience of being known and witnessed within relationship. At Inspire Mental Wellness, groups are designed to go beyond symptom management, addressing the deeper internal fragmentation that relational wounds, estrangement, and attachment ruptures often create.
What Is a Process Group?
A process group is a small, structured therapeutic group that uses the relational dynamics within the group itself as a vehicle for healing. Rather than focusing solely on information or skill-building, process groups create space for emotional honesty, relational insight, and the kind of healing that happens in the context of safe, witnessed connection.
Groups are facilitated by a licensed clinician and are limited in size to protect depth, safety, and confidentiality.
