Relational Estrangement and Disconnection
Relationships can deeply shape how we see ourselves, others and even God. When connection is marked by emotional absence, betrayal, rejection, inconsistency or unresolved conflict, it can leave us feeling unseen, unsafe and alone, even when people are phsically present.
You may be navigating family estrangement, relational rupture, emotional abandonment, difficulty trusting others or patterns of disconnection that continue to repeat in your relationships. Sometimes the pain is not only the loss of connection with others, but the confusion and grief that follows when love and behavior do not align.
My approach helps clients explore the impact of relational wounds to attachment, identity, worldview and the ability to move forward with clarity and stability.
