Finding the Right Fit

Ages 18-118

I work with adults and couples navigating relational difficulties, estrangement, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, church hurt and other experiences that leave you feeling disconnected from the life you want to live.  You do not need to fit a particular demographic or share my worldview to have a place here. You may choose to have faith integrated into the counseling process or faith can remain outside the counseling process if that is the preference. Family therapy appointments will be determined on a case by case basis.
